Gentle/Yin Yoga

Yoga classes for beginners to experts. Every Monday starting October 28 6:00-7:00 pm at the Senior's Room at the Geraldton Complex. The class will run until December 9, and cost is $50.00 plus HST. Indoor shoes and clothes are necessary and yoga mats are available to use. To register contact your local Ward office

Stain Glass

Stain glass course for beginners held at the upstairs hall at the Geraldton Complex every Tuesday and Thursday starting October 29 from 7:00-10:00 pm. The class will end on November 14, and participants will have a choice on what image to make and they keep the final product to share with family and friends. To register contact your local Ward office, and cost to participate is $80.00 plus HST.

National Novel Writing Month Seminar

Do you love books? Have you ever thought "I'd like to write a book someday?". Join published author L.M. Magalas for informal session to learn about Nation Novel Writing Month. No cost to participate and no registration is required. Just bring a pen/pencil, paper, and your imagination. Location: Seniors room at the Geraldton Community Centre

Sisters In Spirit Vigil

The Ontario Native Women’s Association & Family Resource Centre is hosting a Sister’s in Spirit vigil for the community! Sisters in Spirit Vigil will be held October 4th, to raise awareness of the alarmingly high rate of missing and murdered Aboriginal Women and Girls in Canada. Come out and support the families of missing and murdered Aboriginal Women! Refreshments will be provided. Geraldton Mens League Draft

The annual hockey draft for the Geraldton Mens Hockey League held at the Country Club starting at 9:00 pm. 3 Captains will be choosing their team from 51 players. Food and beverages will be available.

Meat Draw with Live Music

Meat Draw starts Saturday, October 5, 2019. Will be featuring Waterdown Band. Come out and win some meat and enjoy this very talented group. Will be there from 4 to 6 p.m.

Canucks Amusements

Enjoy the Midway Carnival at the Geraldton Complex. Canuck Amusement will be providing entertainment for everyone, rides for all sizes, popcorn, games and much more.
