Fall Hydrant Flushing

Please be advised that the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will be performing fall maintenance by flushing hydrants and exercising valves throughout Greenstone beginning Monday September 29th through to Friday October 10th.
This maintenance includes the Wards of Beardmore, Geraldton, Nakina and Longlac.
Residents may notice discoloured water during this time and are advised to run their taps until the water clears.

The Municipality of Greenstone would like to remind community groups and event organizers that applications for grants, staffing support, and municipal resources (including facilities) must be submitted for approval before your event takes place. Applications received after an event cannot be considered.
The Grants and Resource Allocation Policy helps ensure municipal funds, staff time, and equipment are shared fairly across the community.

Please be advised, The Municipality of Greenstone's Beardmore Ward office will have modified hours of operation and closures on the dates and times listed below for the month of September;
Thursday September 11th: Open 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Closed 3:00 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Friday September 12th: Closed 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.
Monday September 15th: Open 9:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.
The dates that the office is open, it will be closed daily from 12:30 P.M. - 1:30 P.M. for Lunch.
