Please note this program is a self and caregiver referral-based program. All participation is voluntary.
Do you qualify?
To receive support from the program, you must:
- Have a developmental disability
- Be an adult (over 18 years of age)
- Live within the Municipality of Greenstone or a First Nations community
What the program offers
The Adult Services Program Worker (APSW) can help you with:
- Obtaining and maintaining accommodation
- Legal issues
- Financial issues
- Application for Ontario Disability Support Program Assistance
- Daily living skills
- Medical support
- Transportation to out-of-town appointments
- Accessing social and recreational opportunities
