Monday, April 28, marks the National Day of Mourning in Canada. This day is dedicated to remembering those who have lost their lives, suffered injury or illness on the job, or experienced a work-related tragedy. The flags at all Municipal Offices will be lowered to half mast in recognition of this day and to renew the Municipality's continued commitment to improving health and safety in the workplace.

We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on those directly affected, and to put health and safety at the forefront of their work.
